Winner of ‘Luxury Pool of the Year 2022’

Aqua Platinum Projects are delighted to share the design and build of this luxury basement, with an incredible level deck pool that has two different edge finishes; two sides with the traditional level deck finish and two sides with a hidden infinity edge. We also provided a large luxury spa to complete this home based in a prestigious area of London.

This project was a fantastic opportunity to explore a number of details, features and finishes. The modern interior aesthetic sees the pool finished in a beautiful marble, with bespoke carved handrails inside the wall. A hidden slatted thermal cover from Ocea has been installed within the deep end wall to help mitigate running costs and provide a small form of safety. On the opposite side of the pool hall, there is a gorgeous 6 person spa with bespoke ergonomic seating.

Working closely with KSR architects, we feel this project really considered every element of the client’s high-end vision, and that the results speak for themselves. The luxury marble finish to the pool and surround creates a contemporary wellness area, whilst creating a sophisticated and comfortable environment for the user to enjoy. In keeping with the feel and quality of the project, the client also opted to proceed with the installation of a digital rain curtain above the pool to make the ultimate relaxation area.

The pool plant room includes some of the highest quality equipment to run and sanitise the pool. It includes a 900m Waterco filter and three Waterco filtration pumps, working alongside this is a Triogen UV system to create clarity and crystal-clear water.
